[ Situation ]

Have you ever ordered coffee through robotics? This is a very new experience, and best of all, you don’t need to tip the robot. Robot coffee is not only clean but also fun. In the future, robots will be capable of cooking even more dishes. The user experience with robots is expected to become even more diverse.

[ Coffee Ordering Scenario ]

  1. The user touches the welcome message on the touchscreen of the kiosk.
  2. The robot arm waves and says hi to the user.
  3. The kiosk displays 8 types of coffee and the option to adjust the amount of water.
  4. The user chooses the type of coffee and the amount of water.
  5. The kiosk displays payment options (Card, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay).
  6. The user makes a payment.
  7. The kiosk signals the robot arm about the successful payment.
  8. The robot arm shows the okay sign and starts making coffee.
  9. The robot arm serves the coffee.
  10. The user picks up the coffee and leaves.
